Raw materil of wood pellet machine :
1. Wood type:wood log wood shaving,wood branch,sawdust,branch,etc
both in softwood or hard wood .
2. Agricultrual type:straw,stalk,rice husk,peanut shell,bamboo
sawdust, sugar cane,etc.
3. others like palm fiber,coconut fiber,coffee waste ground
All the raw material's size should be in 3-5mm,if not,it should be
prehanding by wood chipper ,hammer mill dryer etc ,and the moisture
of the raw material is about 12-18%,

Remarks
◆ The above capacity comes from 8mm biomass pellets production.
◆ The final capacity of Pellet Mill depends on the features of raw
materials, operation and maintenance,etc.

Ring die cusyomzied :
The material : Alloy steel(20CrMnTi) and Stainless steel (4Cr13)
Alloy structural steels, such as 20CrMnTi, 40Cr, 35CrMo, have
hardness of heat treatment above HRC50 and good comprehensive
mechanical properties. The ring die made of these materials has
high strength and good wear resistance, but its shortcoming is poor
corrosion resistance. Stainless steel materials are X46Cr13 (German
brand), 4Cr13, 3Cr13, etc. These materials are rigid. The hardness
of heat treatment is higher than HRC50, and it has good wear
resistance and corrosion resistance. It has a long service life
